Sener Aerospace joins the STAB of QSNP

The STAB is an advisory group that includes members with longstanding expertise and leading representatives from the public and private sector, including high-level policy-makers. It anticipates the scientific and technology directions, as well as deployment and use cases for quantum technologies.
The Spanish company Sener Aerospace and Defense has joined the Strategy, Science and Technology Advisory Board (STAB) of QSNP.
SENER Aerospace is a large Spanish engineering group with more than a thousand engineers on board and a European reference in optomechanical systems for space missions & complex assemblies for astronomy telescopes. During its long and successful company’s history, Sener has participated in almost all ESA and European Southern Observatory (ESO) projects with hundreds of systems that have faultlessly performed both in flight and on ground.
Given Sener’s strong background in the space industry and their recent investments in Quantum Key Distribution (QKD) technology for the period 2025-2028, their inclusion has been acknowledged as a valuable contribution to the project.
